School Day
Main School (Reception and Key Stage 1)
School starts at 8.45 a.m.
School finishes at 3.00 p.m.
Our School Day runs from 8.45am until 3.00pm each school day. We offer a Sensory Circuit Morning Club which runs from 8.35am until 8.45am. The school runs staff led clubs from Tuesday to Friday, 3.00pm until 3.30pm. This amounts to a total of 34 hours a week.
The whistle is blown at 8.45am the children can then go into class. Parents are responsible for their children until this whistle is blown.
Children arriving after 9.00am are late and parents/carers will need to report to the office.

8.45am – 8.55am – Registration and early morning work
8.55am – 9.35am – Phonics
9.35am – 10.30am – Lesson 1
10.30am – 11.00am – Playtime and Daily Mile
11.00am - 12.00pm - Lesson 2
12.00pm – 1.00pm – Lunch (see School Meals)
1.00pm - 1.20pm - Collective Worship
1.20pm - 2.00pm - Lesson 3
2.00pm – 3.00pm – Lesson 4
Preschool
Preschool hours differ depending on the sessions your child is booked onto. Please see the Preschool page for more information.
Attendance
Parents are encouraged not to take children on holiday during term time. We suggest you read the letter regarding absence and attendance when considering this.
