What is the PTA?

The Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) is an organisation led by ordinary parents to raise money to support the School, fund new equipment and activities for the children. We do this through organising various fundraising activities.

Our aim is to provide family oriented fun, combined with fundraising. To achieve this we hold a number of events throughout the year such as:

  • the Frosted and Summer Fayres
  • mufti dress down days
  • school discos
  • wine tasting evening
  • bake sales

These are all organised and run by the PTA. Successful planning of all of this could not happen without the invaluable support from our parents.

How can you help?
• help the committee organise events
• help run the childrens events, school discos etc.
• set out and clear up at school events and fayres
• run a stall at the school fayres
Any help is always gratefully received.

Alternatively, you can help the school whilst you shop through:

  • The school voucher scheme - buying top brand supermarket vouchers to spend on your weekly shop means the school collects a % from the retailer, this costs you nothing. There is a great explanation on the link below...
  • The giving machine - buying top brands through a front end portal means the school collects a % from the retailer.
