Learning Support Assistant
Bucks Pay Range 1B.6, £23,297 pro rata, per annum.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 12.00am and 1.00pm -3.15pm
St George’s CE Infant and Preschool is a highly successful, caring, 2 form entry Infant School and Preschool. We are dedicated to providing a nurturing environment, enabling every child to reach their full potential. We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and caring Learning Support Assistant to join our skilled team at St George’s.
The post will require supporting children with Special Education Needs within the class, small groups and individuals. If you possess:
An enthusiastic commitment to the children and the school
A positive approach with patience and understanding
A dedication to raising attainment and progress of pupils with whom they work
Flair, imagination, creativity, flexibility and an ability to work effectively as part of a team
Experience of supporting young children in an educational setting
