I have attended St George’s Church for over 20 years and was delighted to be invited to join the governing body, with a particular role of looking at RE and Equality and Diversity. My background is in Adult Education where I have worked for 21 years.

 

One of my main interests in the role has been developing the Family Learning programme which offers courses for parents to help them in their crucial role of supporting their children’s learning and development.

 

I live in Little Chalfont with my husband of 31 years.  We have three grown up children who now live and work away from home but who we enjoy seeing as often as possible.

 

My hobbies include sewing, reading and walking. I look forward to visiting classes and to getting to know the children and parents of the school.
